Refund policy

Everything starts with your satisfaction, but due to the nature of our products, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. RETURNS (NON-OPENED PRODUCTS)

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with seals intact, and in its original packaging.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (HYGIENE & SAFETY)

Due to health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used NORO pouches. Once the safety seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, contact us at hello@getnoro.eu. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their items unless the product arrived damaged.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number and receipt.

4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
