Shipping policy

Everything starts with a prompt delivery. At NORO, we strive to get our nootropic pouches to you as quickly and efficiently as possible across Europe.

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification and a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We ship across the European Union and surrounding countries.

Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery time: Usually 3–7 business days within the EU, depending on the destination.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (NON-EU)

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NORO (MB Svajora) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Please note that many carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We recommend providing a physical address to ensure smooth delivery.
